mediocre experience, some issues present
broken lockstaff shortage
the bathroom door, it didn't lock. that was a surprise and a little worrying. also, i asked for a fork to eat in my room, but staff said i should pick it up myself because they had staff shortage. i understand hotels can face staffing issues, but there is usually a better way to communicate that to guests.

Fantastic Stay in Prime Location!

I loved the comfy sun beds and nice seating area around the pool. The staff was very kind and friendly . The hotel is close to the overground train and the Terminal 21 shopping center, a great plus! I enjoyed the reduced price breakfast after 9:30 AM, a great way to start the day.
I noticed the water temperature from the water heater was not consistent.

My room featured a spacious layout with floor to ceiling glass windows. The water pressure was perfect for the rain shower. All power sockets had universal pins, so I did not require an adapter.

The staff provided excellent assistance with directions and local information. Check-in and check-out were both efficient and quick. Staff members were always available at the front desk , handling requests promptly.

The breakfast offered a lot of great foods , including fresh watermelon every day. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. The coffee was always fresh and hot , which I really liked.

The hotel benefits from a central position on a quiet , secure side street. Access to the subway and train is very easy and fast. A large shopping center near the hotel features many options.

the location proved acceptable. it was close enough to the train and a shopping center.
i had some issues with the room. the temperature of the water from the water heater was not consistent (it fluctuated a lot). plus, i thought the hotel seemed unwilling to spend money on upkeep of the fixtures.

The staff were quite helpful and polite. My room had enough space. The hotel is inside a very quiet street. I found the location advantageous, allowing a restful sleep as I could not hear traffic noise.
The gym was fine. One replacement hair dryer did not work. There was no ironing board.
